About me

I am an attorney-at-law specialising in financial markets law, with a strong focus on the regulation of capital markets, financial instruments and crypto-assets. My expertise extends to areas such as MAR and MiCAR compliance, obligations of investment firms and Payment Service Providers, and AML/CFT frameworks.

I hold a PhD in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland and serve as an assistant professor at the SWPS University, Poznań, Poland. In addition to my academic and legal work, I am certified as:

• An Advisor on the MTF (Warsaw Stock Exchange, Certification No. 18/2015).
• A FinTech Professional (The University of Hong Kong).

I have 10 years of practical experience, during which I have carried out complex projects for issuers, banks, and investment firms. My professional journey includes over 1,000 hours of teaching and training, imparting knowledge to students, trainees, board candidates, public companies, issuers, and management and supervisory board members of banks and legal departments.
